Dunnington Parish Council held an extraordinary meeting of the Parish Council to discuss and give permission for carols to be sung on The Green on Wednesday 23^rd December by members of the Church and Parish.

FORMALITIES

1.1 Apologies and reasons for non-attendance

Cllr D Swallow – Work commitments

No other apologies were received

1.2 Parish Council approved all apologies received

1.3 Declaration of Interest – Cllr J Brooks – Item 3

Cllr Brooks left the meeting

2              PUBLIC PARTICIPATION

No members of the public attended

3              REQUEST FOR CAROL SINGING TO TAKE PLACE ON THE GREEN (DUNNINGTON)

3.1          Parish Council to look at request from members of the Church and community to sing carols         on the green on Wednesday 23^rd December at 6pm – Discussion took place

3.2          Parish Council agreed this could take place providing the Insurance cover was in place and             this took place on Greenside.
